Concert Review: Autumn 2022
The 96th season of the Petersfield Orchestra opened with Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet Overture. The performance was characterised by well-sustained climaxes, and precise fast rhythmic passages featuring impressive playing from percussion and timpani. Petersfield Orchestra is Back: Ensemble Success
Petersfield Orchestra is alive and well despite COVID-19. After a long absence from the concert platform the orchestra’s strings performed Vivaldi’s ‘Four Seasons’ to a small invited audience in Liss this June 2021, with Shoshanah Sievers as soloist.
